Lisa’s Journey to the Aisle: The Hen Do!
Now I have (finally) recovered from my hen do, time to tell you all about it!
This last bank holiday saw me heading out into the unknown! My adult bridesmaids had taken on the planning and I was kept in the dark until ‘HD’ day came. They organised everything from activities to guest list to ‘accessories’ (pretty sure this doesn’t need any elaboration!!!) There was the odd attempt to unnerve me about what was in store but I knew I’d be fine 😉
I knew I was to dress for a night out, but that’s all I was told!

There were 15 of us altogether, family and friends, which was lovely, I was so pleased everyone could make it. Off we set and first stop was a barge on the Birmingham canal, with nibbles and a glass (or 3!) of Prosecco, then onto Brindley Place to continue the fun!

I had a wonderful time, thank you so much to my amazing maids for organising and to everyone who came, the extremely sore head the next day was more than worth it!!
Countdown to the next big party now, the WEDDING! Less than 2 weeks to go and I cannot wait 🙂
I am going to do a little post the day before the wedding just to let you all know how I’m doing on Wedding Eve! So, if there is anything you’d like to ask about the run up, how I’m feeling, recommendations… anything! Pop a comment below and I’ll answer all on the 20th!!!
